Onaaco acts as a Service Provider / Data Processor, processing data solely to deliver intake handling and system operation.

Limited access to data may occur only for technical support, maintenance, or troubleshooting, and only when necessary.

Onaaco does not reuse, resell, or repurpose client interaction data.

4. Data Storage & Security

We use secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption, access controls, and monitoring safeguards to protect information processed through our systems.

Information submitted through intake interactions may include sensitive details related to injury cases and legal matters and is handled with appropriate safeguards.

While no system can guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

5. Sub-Processors & Technology Partners

To deliver intake services, Onaaco may use vetted third-party providers such as:

  • Communication and call handling systems
  • Cloud infrastructure providers
  • Analytics and performance monitoring services
  • Notification and messaging systems

These providers operate as Data Processors under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe. Onaaco does not store or process credit card or banking details.
